Your holiday cannot be guarenteed until payment has been received and cleared.
A deposit of £50 will be required and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection after your stay within 14 days.
Ensure key is returned within 7 days of the end of your holiday. To ensure key is returned within timescale we recommend the use of recorded delivery. Lost keys will be charged at £25 each. Late keys will be charged at £10.
Ensure all your property is removed after your stay (look under beds/furniture etc) as returning later will only disturb next guests.
Ensure chalet is cleaned at end of your stay. Note the reason why laminate flooring throughout as its easier to clean. Cleaning Charge is £25 by contractor. If you wish to pay cleaning charge then let us know so we can book cleaner.
Any damages to be reported. Depending on what you break depends on if charge is required. Please Note Civil and Criminal Proceedings will be sought to recover our property or to put right
In the event of us having to cancel your holiday then full refund and deposit refund will be made.
In the event of you having to cancel your holiday we will endevour to attempt to re-sell and acheive as much as we can however in the event of not being able to resell then unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund. In the event of us being successful in re-selling then if we acheive same price as you paid then a refund will be made less any costs. In the event of us re-selling but not acheiving as much as you paid then we will refund any money left after costs. We will do our best to help you in anyway we can but cannot guarentee as please understand we have our costs to meet.
