I enclose a £50 deposit to secure the above holiday. In the event of having to cancel I will forfeit this deposit in order to cover administration and re-selling costs.
Outstanding balance is required at least 28 days prior to departure, failure to do so will result in deposit being forfeited. In the event of the customer having to cancel having paid the full amount then we will attempt to resell to recover as much of cost as possible from which proceeds will be returned minus costs.
